Back from Cameron Highlands last evening. Hmmm.. quite a nice trip i would say. =) I get to try and see many new things. Love the cooling weather over there.
Day 1 was alright only, we toured around the place to see roses, cactus, flowers etc, went to their market. Basically, it's all greenery. Nice sceneries everywhere & the weather's cooling. Saw one cactus which looked like spider's legs, looks kinda of 'mao mao'. lol.. A healthy trip la cuz we've been walking a lot and eating mostly vegetables. lol.. The seafood there kind of cannot make it, not really fresh.
Day 2 was fun, we joined the day tour so we have a tour guide with us. He brought us to the highest peak in Cameron [6,666 feet]. Went to the famous 'BOH Tea Plantation' in Cameron. The sceneries so nice over there. Neat plantation. Some more so Hi-Tech one.. They have planes to distribute the fertiliser over the huge tea plantation. The plane sound like those Japanese planes coming to invade la. haha... We stopped at the highest peak and went up a tower to view the scenery. So freaking cold and scary cuz the stairs were so steep. Didn't get to see a lot cuz the cloud's blocking the views. After that, we went to hike in the Mossy Forest. We hiked through branches, and the ground's have got layers and layers of decomposed plants. And when you step on the ground, it seems like it's so unstable as though it might break anytime. We dirtied our shoes but overall, it's really a great and rare experience. =] The cherry tomatoes were crunchy and sweet. And i tried raw corn, didn't know it taste so nice and sweet and can be eaten without cooking.
After that we had our lunch at the town area and that 'Ah Bian' [the tour guide who looked so much like the previous Taiwan government Ah Bian] bluff us that we'll be having steamboat for lunch. Then my mum's friend said' no wonder la.. this kind of "ah bian" looked.. no wonder will bluff people' haha... We went to the strawberry farm to pluck our own strawberries. So fresh and nice. Too bad.. didn't buy any home cuz it won't be fresh le. Had steamboat for dinner, and took a cab back to Equatorial Hotel. We showered and went down to my parent's friend room to chit chat and eat. Have been eating non-stop these dew days la. Like some pig.
Day 3 was Home Sweet Home. Board the bus back to Singapore at 9.30am. I slept a lot in the coach.. Drool somemore.. Omg.. LOL. Actually we planned to go KL for a night to shop de la. But my dad la.. got wedding dinner to attend today. Good that these few days passed so quickly. =p
